Things have been kinda up and down recently. I went from devoting all my free time to working out, and now having a job it's a struggle to find the energy and time to get active period ! It's getting easier and easier the more I get used to my new routine. It means I have to fine the motivation to do more at home than I was at first. It's not easy, but all the little things count. I took a few weeks off from working out hardcore too, but I tried really hard to stay on top of my eating habits. It worked out pretty well, and I lost 3 lbs in those few weeks. I'm down to 173 lbs now, and it feels great ! I dropped a pants size, and even bought a skirt that was 2 sizes smaller ! I feel like my motivation has been revived ! I worked out a bunch yesterday. Both doing at home kickboxing, and even went to the gym and ran a bit on the treadmill. I am hoping that I can get out of the 170's by the end of this month, but I'm trying not to put too much pressure on myself. I've also started focusing less on my weight lifting and more on cardio than I was before. I feel great, and I feel like I'm getting closer and closer to my goal of being where I want to be by the end of this year ! It would just feel so good to be healthy and in the shape I want to be in the new year ! Tomorrow my husband and I are going shopping and out to lunch without the kids and it's going to feel great to feel confident and happy when I shop, and not sad and crying in the changing room ! HA HA ! Feeling GREAT, and getting to where I want to be !
