1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup chopped frozen (or fresh) peaches
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
1 cup of almond milk
Cinnamon (as much or as little as you prefer)
Divide the Greek yogurt, oats, and peaches and layer them in a mason jar. Each time you lay a layer of peaches sprinkle some brown sugar and Cinnamon on top of the fruit. Add the almond milk. Close mason jar and shake till the ingredients mix enough and refrigerate overnight. In the morning open up the jar, give it a stir, and ENJOY!
